Karyn deLeon is the President and CEO of Peregrine Solutions, Inc. Karyn has more than 35 years of experience in financial management, audit, compliance, and risk, and is recognized as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in GAO and OIG compliance and financial management of complex capital projects.

Karyn leads Peregrine guided by her faith and the mission of building a great organization for a greater purpose. This mission shapes how she leads: developing mission-driven teams, cultivating a buffalo culture where challenges are faced head-on rather than avoided, and delivering capital programs with accountable governance, transparent reporting, and results that hold up to oversight.

Her expertise is sought by government bodies, industry partners, and professional societies. She has authored articles on financial management and owner representative services, been featured on podcasts and is a regular speaker and panelist for CMAA and SAME.

Solomon Drake is the Director of Operations and EOS Integrator at Peregrine Solutions, Inc., a women-owned small business specializing in Owner Representative Construction Management for federal, state, and local clients. Solomon brings over 13 years of leadership experience across federal contracting, capture and growth, and military operations. He partners with the leadership team to implement the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), build durable business development and capture infrastructure, and translate company vision into measurable execution.

Marni deLeon, CCM, is a Senior Financial Officer at Peregrine Solutions, Inc., bringing over three decades of financial management, auditing, and forensic accounting expertise. He has delivered expert financial oversight on large-scale federal construction projects totaling over $2 billion. He specializes in forensic accounting, contractor invoice review, budget development and monitoring, and compliance with federal audit and payment standards. Marni has a strong track record of keeping federal projects financially sound and audit-ready. He works closely with project managers and senior leadership to flag risks early and keep programs on track financially.

Lauri brings 25+ years of experience managing client relationships, production schedules, graphic design, branding and marketing for national associations, nonprofits, and small businesses. At Peregrine Solutions, she supports operations, communications, and company initiatives.
